Selling Process

 

Step 1 - MEETING

You arrange a meeting with our consultant to view the property and discuss your situation.

Step 2 - OFFER

You will receive a FREE valuation and a guaranteed offer in writing within days of the initial meeting. This offer is valid for 28 days and will require you to contact us to arrange another offer.

Step 3 - CONTRACT

If you are satisfied with the offer we will send a formal contract that can be accepted by post, email or telephone. We will start the buying process immediately. We will instruct our solicitors to complete the necessary legal arrangements and organise a completion date to suit you.

Step 4 - CASH

Your sale can be completed in less than 14 days. Alternatively, we can exchange on your property and then delay the completion to a date to suit you, giving you all the benefits of a guaranteed sale whilst giving you extra time to find your next property.
